Carl Eggerson - ONE VOICE, MANY CHARACTERS

Carl has a warm telephone persona, a great singing voice and his character voice range is amazing! Ranging from Quirky and weird to dark and solemn, his voice adapts intuitively to the project. One of his signature voice characters is similar to Howie Mandell's "Bobby", and he has a gift of natural cultural mimicry (his specialties include Hispanic, Asian, European, French and Indian accents.)

Says Mr. Eggerson, "I just love playing with my voice and experimenting vocally. It just improves my vocal flexibility, and lets me stretch my creative muscle. I also sing, sometimes in a classic "Bennett/Sinatra" voice, sometimes in more contemporary stylings, such as R&B or Jazz."

I have done voice work for almost every office I have worked in, including Crown NorthCorp in Atlanta, and the Georgia's Tourism Office (where I also occasion to model).

I have also done radio voiceovers, both as commercial announcer and (my favorite) as a character, having broken into the business with zany pieces on KJLH's (Los Angeles) morning show.

I have done several indie audio-book projects, including 2 of my own book projects. I have worked in Los Angeles, behind the scenes at Paramount and Warner Bros. Studios, and currently operate out of Atlanta metro.

My voice has been described as professional, natural, lively, interesting, hip, innovative, powerful, melodical, entertaining and versatile.

I have ongoing experience as a songwriter/singer/producer/artist.

I am an author and a poet, with a strong love of language and cultures, and look for opportunities to express myself.

I act and model, and have appeared in several martial arts instructional videos (produced by C-Marc Productions), as well as State Government and Economic Development Publications. I have also appeared in several commercials, including Butler Tires and others.
